The subject of the public procurement contract - Execution works related to the investment objective “Urban development of the Podul Calicilor urban public space and the Dâmbovița Quay between Piața Unirii and Pod Izvor” OBJECT 1 - Podul Calicilor urban public space - Domnița Bălașa urban ensemble, Underground car park, urban development of the Palace of Justice; OBJECT 2 - “Cheiul Dâmboviței Unirii-lzvor” Project, Splaiul Independenței - Pod Unirii - Pod Izvor, in accordance with the requirements of the procurement documentation. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is no more than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority states that it will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established in the Contract Notice. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Execution works related to the investment objective “Urban development of the Podul Calicilor urban public space and the Dâmbovița Quay between Piața Unirii and Pod Izvor,” in accordance with the requirements of the procurement documentation, comprise 2 objects: OBJECT 1 - Podul Calicilor urban public space - Domnița Bălașa urban ensemble, Underground car park, urban development of the Palace of Justice, estimated value 9.713.416,10 lei excluding VAT; OBJECT 2 - “Cheiul Dâmboviței Unirii-lzvor” Project, Splaiul Independenței - Pod Unirii - Pod Izvor, estimated value 54.251.215,15 lei excluding VAT; Total estimated value of objects 1 and 2 = 63.964.631,25 excluding VAT. The total execution period of the works contract is 18 months. The individual execution periods, established separately for each object, are as follows: • Object 1 Podul Calicilor – the connection between Șelari and Sfinții Apostoli streets will be executed within a period of 10 months, upon the expiry of which, starting from the date on which the Report of acceptance upon completion of the works is signed by all parties involved, a 36-month warranty period begins, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force; • Object 2 Urban development of the Dâmbovița Quay between Piața Unirii and Pod Izvor will be executed within a period of 18 months, upon the expiry of which, starting from the date on which the Report of acceptance upon completion of the works is signed by all parties involved, a 36-month warranty period begins, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. Performance of the contract begins on the basis of the administrative commencement orders issued by the Purchaser for each individual object. The contract is considered completed after the Final acceptances have been carried out for the works executed under each individual object, in accordance with the Execution schedules.
