Opportunity description

The current investment involves constructing on the site a building with a height regime of B+SB+GF+7+setback 8, intended as a hotel, with parking in the basement and semi-basement. The manner in which the land is occupied is presented in the Site Plan. A sidewalk with a minimum width of 60 cm will be built around the building to protect the foundations against rainwater infiltration. Rainwater from the roof will be collected on the beneficiary’s land. Vehicles will be parked on a paved platform within the privately owned land. 44 parking spaces will be provided, of which 20 in the basement and semi-basement and 24 at ground level. They will be located 5 m from the windows of the existing buildings. A waste platform will be arranged on the site and will be located at least 10 m from the windows of both the proposed and existing buildings. Structural system: -general raft foundation -reinforced concrete frames with reinforced concrete walls in the basement and semi-basement -reinforced concrete floors and stairs -external masonry enclosures -terrace-type roof. Proposed functions; B+SB+GF+7+setback 8 The technical space and the uncovered accessible terrace will be used for installing mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery, systems for photovoltaic panels, solar thermal panels and the batteries required for them, thus contributing to meeting NZEB standards, as well as for placing the equipment required for the hotel’s energy efficiency, such as air-conditioning units, heat-pump heating systems and domestic hot-water tanks. Interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications/additional information concerning the procurement documentation 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of the tender.
