Execution of works and supply of equipment within the project entitled “EXTENSION OF THE MEDICAL CLINIC III–SURGERY III COMPLEX WITHIN THE ‘OCTAVIAN FODOR’ REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF GASTROENTEROLOGY AND HEPATOLOGY, CLUJ-NAPOCA” Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 30 Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which responses to clarifications will be provided: 20  Extension of building 2 with a new building constructed as a continuous street frontage on Croitorilor Street, with a height configuration of 3B+GF+2F, for the relocation, development and equipping of the operating theatre, A.T.I., endoscopy department, C.P.U.-s, outpatient clinic, together with a reception and waiting lobby, registry, service area (supplies, waste, etc.), underground garage and their ancillary facilities  Proposed modifications to the existing buildings affected by the extension (building 2, building 1) and creation of internal circulation connections via walkways (building 1 and building 3) to facilitate the necessary flows between departments and buildings.
