Opportunity description

Design, technical assistance, technical verification and works execution services for the investment objective “Integrated rehabilitation of the Marin Preda Theoretical High School building, in the municipality of Turnu Măgurele, Teleorman County”, selected for financing under the Call within the National Programme for the Consolidation of Buildings with High Seismic Risk (PNCCRS) coordinated by MDLPA, the subprogramme for the design and execution of intervention works for buildings of public interest and utility. The main objective regarding the implementation of this investment is the execution of intervention works on the Marin Preda Theoretical High School Building, which has insufficient levels of protection against seismic actions, degradation or damage following seismic actions, as well as ensuring its functionality and reducing the specific annual energy consumption. CONSOLIDATION WORKS - Jacketing the exterior foundations of the areas without a basement and, on the interior, jacketing the transverse wall foundations in the area without a basement; - Injection of the foundation soil in the area of section 1 - Introduction of a raft foundation in the basement - Jacketing the basement walls; - Jacketing certain existing walls with a thickness greater than 20 cm; - Jacketing certain reinforced-concrete columns with 15 cm of reinforced concrete; - Injecting cracks in slabs and stitching them with carbon strips - Rebuilding building access points;  ARCHITECTURAL WORKS - Replacement of the existing exterior windows; - Replacement of exterior doors and those leading to unheated or insufficiently heated spaces; - Thermal insulation of the façade with a 15 cm thermal insulation panel; - Thermal insulation of the plinth; - Thermal insulation of the floor above the basement; - Thermal insulation of the floor above the top level; - Restoration of interior finishes following the consolidation measures; - Reconstruction of the perimeter pavement; - Reconstruction of access points into the building.  INSTALLATION WORKS - Reconstruction of the electrical installation following consolidation - Installation of an alternative electricity production system – photovoltaic panels - Rehabilitation of the heating system and installation of heat recovery units; - Installation of a sanitary system Procedure: open.
