The subject matter of the contract is the procurement of design services, technical assistance from the designer, and execution works for the investment objectives LOT 1 – Modernization of the Colentina Tram Depot; LOT 2 – Modernization of the Titan Tram Depot, in accordance with the specifications in the tender specifications. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is no later than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority states that it will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established in the Contract Notice. Any request for clarification must be submitted through SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
