The contract will have as its object: Execution of construction works for the investment objective “Increasing the level of fire safety and ensuring utilities for Slobozia County Emergency Hospital” - - LOT 1 NETWORKS - LOT 2 STAIRS The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contract will have as its object: Execution of construction works for the investment objective “Increasing the level of fire safety and ensuring utilities for Slobozia County Emergency Hospital” - LOT 1 NETWORKS The estimated value of the works to be executed is 14.851.136,11 lei excluding VAT and consists of: chap.1.3 Arrangements for environmental protection and restoration to the original condition – 200.000,00 lei excluding VAT chap.2.1 Expenses for ensuring the utilities required for the investment objective – 2.121.250,00 lei excluding VAT chap.4 Basic investment – 12.317.386,11 lei excluding VAT, of which: chap.4.1 Construction and installations – 10.918.874,27 lei excluding VAT; chap.4.2 Installation of machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring installation – 180.411,84 lei excluding VAT; chap.4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring installation – 1.218.100,00 lei excluding VAT. chap.5.1 Site organization – 212.500,00 lei excluding VAT, consisting of chap.5.1.1 Construction and installation works related to site organization – 62.500,00 lei excluding VAT and chap.5.1.2 Expenses related to site organization – 150.000,00 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the amount related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. The value of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses is 1.568.623,61 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract does not contain other sources necessary for implementation. Tenderers will also tender for the category of works “Arrangements for environmental protection and restoration of the land to its original condition”, for which the contracting authority does not provide Bills of Quantities. These works will be settled according to the actual conditions on site at the time of execution. The category of works “Expenses for the relocation/protection of utilities” shall NOT be tendered, the amount allocated for this category being considered part of the provisional sums category. This amount will be used to cover the categories of expenses intended for the relocation/protection of utilities. The execution period for the works is 12 months from the date of issuance of the Order to commence the works. Before submitting the tender, the tenderer may visit and inspect the site in order to obtain the data necessary for preparing the tender. The site may be visited only between the date of publication in SEAP of the contract notice and the deadline for submission of the tender. Tenderers’ visits to the site will be carried out on the basis of a written request posted in SEAP, addressed to the contracting authority 48 hours before the date on which the economic operator wishes to visit the site. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the amount related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. The value of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses is 1.093.926,12 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract does not contain other sources necessary for implementation. The execution period for the works is 6 months from the date of issuance of the Order to commence the works. Before submitting the tender, the tenderer may visit and inspect the site in order to obtain the data necessary for preparing the tender. The site may be visited only between the date of publication in SEAP of the contract notice and the deadline for submission of the tender.
