The Timiș General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection intends to conclude a FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT having as its subject “Catering services”, CPV code 55520000-1, procedure divided into lots: CHILDREN: LOT 1 - CSS TIMISOARA - CSSRU Timisoara LOT 2 - CRRNC TIMIȘOARA (CTF Mihăiță); - CRRNC “ALEGRIA” Timișoara (Micuta Dina; CTF PHOENIX; CTF SF. Vasile" GAVOJDIA - CPV Nadrag LOT 11 - CIAPAD FAGET - CIAPAD TOMESTI LOT 12 - VENUS protected housing The procedure will be finalized through the conclusion of a framework agreement, for each individual lot, for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the procurement documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded with a MAXIMUM of 2 (two) economic operators, insofar as there is a sufficient number of economic operators that have submitted admissible tenders. If the number of admissible tenders is lower than the maximum number of 2 (two) economic operators provided for in the procurement documentation, the framework agreement will be concluded with the tenderer/tenderers whose tenders will be declared successful following the evaluation. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: subsequent contracts will be concluded every 6 months, depending on the needs and available funds of the contracting authority. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement and those that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, relating to each lot, are set out in Annex no. 1 to the Specifications. The award of subsequent contracts will be carried out without reopening competition among the economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement, in compliance with the technical and financial conditions provided for in the framework agreement. The signing of subsequent contracts is conditional upon the existence of financial resources allocated for this purpose. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders.
