Romania – Catering services for other enterprises or other institutions – Procurement of “Food preparation and transport services (catering) for patients admitted to Tulcea County Emergency Hospital”

Opportunity description

The contracting authority, by applying this procedure, intends to procure food preparation and transport services necessary to ensure nutritionally balanced meals adapted to the specific medical needs of patients, while guaranteeing rigorous hygiene (HACCP), offering personalized diets and ensuring food quality, contributing to the comfort and recovery of patients admitted to the wards of Tulcea County Emergency Hospital. At the end of this award procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months, with a maximum of three economic operators. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement as well as of the subsequent contract are provided for in the Tender Specifications. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification is the 11th day before the deadline date and time for submission of tenders, provided that the economic operator requests clarification within the time limit set out in section I.3 Communication, namely 18 days. Through this procedure, the contracting authority seeks to procure food preparation and transport services necessary to ensure nutritionally balanced meals adapted to the specific medical needs of patients, while guaranteeing rigorous hygiene (HACCP), offering personalized diets and ensuring food quality, contributing to the comfort and recovery of patients admitted to the wards of Tulcea County Emergency Hospital.
