The contracting authority, by applying this procedure, seeks to procure food preparation and transport services (catering) for patients admitted to Tulcea County Emergency Hospital; specifically, the service provider will be obliged to provide food continuously for admitted patients and for doctors on call at Tulcea County Emergency Hospital, daily, according to the schedule established by the contracting authority, in accordance with the requested caloric, quantitative, qualitative, and dietary regimen requirements, in strict compliance with the provisions of Decision No. 470 of 21.04.2021 amending Government Decision No. 429 of /2008 – regarding the level of food allowances for collective consumption in public healthcare facilities, as well as approving certain measures in this field, currently in force. At the end of this award procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, with a maximum of 3 economic operators. The minimum framework agreement quantities and the maximum framework agreement quantities are provided in the Specifications. The minimum subsequent contract quantities and the maximum subsequent contract quantities are provided in the Specifications. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline date and time established for the submission of tenders. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days.
