Opportunity description

The purpose of the contract is: Purchase of multifunctional biodiesel machinery under the project “Purchase of equipment to increase traffic safety in Sălaj County”, as follows:  Stage 1 – During this stage, the following will be delivered:  Multifunctional biodiesel machinery, 3 units, accompanied by the related accessories, as follows: a) Multifunctional side arm with vegetation mowing / shredding module – 3 units; b) Snow blade – 3 units; c) Solid anti-skid material spreading device – 3 units; d) Front sweeper – 2 units; e) Tree-trimming module with 4 discs – 2 units; f) Front-side vegetation mowing attachment – 3 units; g) Ditch and gutter cleaning milling attachment – 2 units; h) System for washing road signs, plastic posts and protective guardrails – 2 units;  Stage 2 – During this stage, the following will be delivered:  Multifunctional biodiesel machinery, 3 units, accompanied by the related accessories, as follows: a) Multifunctional side arm with vegetation mowing / shredding module – 3 units; b) Snow blade – 3 units; c) Solid anti-skid material spreading device – 3 units; d) Tree-trimming module with 4 discs – 2 units; e) Front-side vegetation mowing attachment – 3 units; The total estimated value of the procurement is 9.618.136,82 lei, excluding VAT. The total duration of the contract is 24 months from the date of its signing. The contract will be carried out over 2 (two) stages as follows:  The total duration relating to Stage 1 – will be 12 months from the date of the Notice sent by the Contracting Authority and will take place in 2027.  The total duration relating to Stage 2 – will be 12 months from the date of the Notice sent by the Contracting Authority and will take place in 2028. The delivery period relating to the two stages is a maximum of 8 months, identical for both stages, and will run from the notification by the Contracting Authority. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18. The Contracting Authority will respond to requests for clarification before the deadline for submission of tenders, on the 13th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification will be uploaded to SEAP, in the relevant section, in editable PDF format. Correspondence between the Contracting Authority and tenderers will be conducted online through SEAP.
