Opportunity description

The public procurement procedure will be completed through the conclusion of a service FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT, with a duration of 36 months, during the period 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2027, with a maximum of 3 economic operators. The award of subsequent contracts will be made without reopening competition, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority and the funds allocated for this purpose. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 2.748.281,36 lei excluding VAT, respectively 3.270.454,82 lei including VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is 916.272 lei excluding VAT, respectively 1.090.363,68 lei including VAT. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is 76.356 lei excluding VAT, 90.863,64 lei including VAT. It is anticipated that approximately 20 subsequent contracts will be concluded during the term of the framework agreement, each having an estimated implementation period of between a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 12 months. The deadline by which clarifications regarding the procurement documentation may be requested: 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information relating to the procurement documentation on the 12th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders in the contract notice.
