Opportunity description

The contracting authority aims to conclude a 24-month Framework Agreement – “Cleaning and selective waste collection services (including the necessary materials)”. The framework agreement will include both the cleaning services, namely the specialized personnel of an economic operator in the field, and the cleaning materials related to the provision of these services and the hygiene and sanitary materials necessary for the institution’s employees. Deadline by which clarifications regarding the procurement documentation may be requested: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information related to the procurement documentation on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The estimated maximum value of the cleaning and selective waste collection services, for a period of 24 months, is 1.463.841,60lei excluding VAT, calculated for an area of 4.272,00 sq m, for a maximum number of 293 employees and for semiannual cleaning services (4 semesters) for an estimated area of 910 sq m. The estimated minimum value of the cleaning and selective waste collection services, for a period of 24 months, is 1.474.761,60 lei excluding VAT, calculated for an area of 4.272,00 sq m, for a minimum number of 293 employees and for semiannual cleaning services (2 semesters) for an estimated area of 910 sq m. The value of the smallest subsequent contract, for a period of 1 month, is 60.993,40 lei excluding VAT, respectively 73.802,01 lei including VAT, for an area of 4.272 sq m and 293 employees. The value of the largest subsequent contract, for a period of 12 months, is 742.840,80 lei excluding VAT, respectively 898.837,37 lei including VAT, for an area of 4.272 sq m and 293 employees, including 2 semiannual cleaning services (cleaning exterior glazed surfaces).
