The cleaning service for Passenger Buildings, platforms and pedestrian tunnels, walkways, green areas, is performed in the spaces used by the travelling public transiting the railway stations within the area of SRCF Brasov, offices, meeting/protocol rooms, access halls, sanitary facilities, waste ramp, parking lots, etc. and consists of operations specific to this activity (sweeping/vacuuming, washing, disinfecting, waste collection, maintenance of green areas, etc.) as well as supplying/equipping the sanitary facilities with specific consumable materials. The main place of performance of the cleaning service is within the area of activity of SRCF Brasov, namely at the following locations: LOT 1 - Brasov Calatori, IFTE Section, CT 1 Section, L1 Section; LOT 2 - Sibiu, Baile Ocna Sibiului, Talmaciu – Podu Ol, Avrig, L4 Section, Seica Mare, Loamnes; LOT 3 - Targu Mures, Targu Mures Nord, Reghin, Ludus, CT4 SECTION, SCB LABORATORY, SCB DISTRICT; LOT 4 - Sighisoara, Medias, Copsa Mica, Dumbraveni, IFTE SIGHIȘOARA SECTION, IFTE MEDIAȘ DISTRICT, L2 SIGHISOARA SECTION; LOT 5 - Blaj. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information concerning the procurement documentation on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarification submitted after the established deadline.
