Opportunity description

The subject of this Framework Agreement is the procurement of services to ensure the following activities within the SRCF Iasi area: The services to be procured involve: - ensuring cleaning activities in waiting rooms, vestibules and station access halls, ticket office halls, platforms, spaces between railway tracks in the passenger area, green spaces within the station premises, sidewalks and access surfaces from the station toward the city, as well as the sidewalk in front of the station building, underground and above-ground passages and their access routes, where applicable, public toilets that are not the subject of another contract, the waste platform, where applicable, other railway-specific premises (e.g.: offices, halls, toilets other than public ones, etc.), administrative premises, loading-unloading platforms, etc., within the S.R.C.F. Iasi area, in accordance with the technical procedures provided in the specifications, for a total of 105 locations. Thus, as part of the cleaning activity, 60 stations and locations with high traffic levels are proposed to undergo routine and general cleaning operations, while periodic cleaning is to be performed at the other 86 stations and locations with lower traffic levels. Furthermore, for accidental situations in which it becomes necessary to ensure compliance with cleanliness conditions in premises belonging to SRCF Iasi and intended for the traveling public, “Expenses for personnel made available for cleaning and vegetation-cutting operations” have been provided for, consisting of ensuring, in accidental situations, on the basis of the work order issued by the beneficiary, personnel to clean these surfaces. - ensuring vegetation-cutting works in the railway infrastructure safety zone, to ensure the visibility of signals, the clearance gauge and the movement of track-maintenance personnel, on the sections between the entry signals of the railway stations, and these will be carried out on the basis of the work order issued by the beneficiary, according to its needs. - ensuring technological rodent-control and disinsection works that must be performed to prevent the occurrence of diseases transmissible through insects and rodents and appreciable discomfort for people at 331 locations belonging to the Traffic, Track and Installations Divisions and the administrative building of SCRF Iasi. - ensuring the cleaning and servicing of sanitary facilities that are not the subject of another type of contract, as well as creating the necessary environment in premises intended for the traveling public, in accordance with European standards Note: Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders (the contracting entity responds to clarifications on a single day). The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. In accordance with the provisions of the Specifications LOT I-V, the procurement mainly concerns ensuring cleaning services, vegetation cutting, rodent control, disinsection of railway premises and servicing of sanitary facilities within the SRCF Iaşi area, the quantities relating to each lot being included in Annex 1 to the Specifications.
