Opportunity description

Provision of services for the collection, transport and final disposal by INCINERATION of medical waste in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications and the Annex to the Tender Specifications. A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation is no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the deadline mentioned in point B., and consequently any request for clarification outside the specified deadlines will be considered LATE. Services for the collection, transport and final disposal by INCINERATION of medical waste in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications, and the minimum and maximum quantities/framework agreement are set out in the Annex to the Tender Specifications.
