Romania – Communications equipment – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF FIREWALL-TYPE EQUIPMENT

Opportunity description

Procurement subject: FIREWALL-TYPE EQUIPMENT, for special telecommunications/critical infrastructures. The detailed technical requirements for FIREWALL-TYPE EQUIPMENT are set out in the specifications. The procurement will be carried out by concluding a framework agreement for each lot separately. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting applications, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting applications. Regarding requests for clarification concerning the specifications, these may be submitted starting from the date of publication of the contract notice and no later than 6 days before the date set for the submission of tenders, the date set in the invitation to participate sent for stage II of the procurement procedure - Submission of tenders. At this stage, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely within a period that will not, as a rule, exceed 3 working days from their receipt, but no later than 4 days before the deadline for submitting tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 82(3) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 114/2011. Procurement subject: HIGH-CAPACITY FIREWALL-TYPE EQUIPMENT. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities to be purchased under the framework agreement are as follows: 1. Type 1 firewall equipment minimum 1 cpl. - maximum 4 cpl; 2. Type 2 firewall equipment minimum 2 cpl. - maximum 14 cpl.; 3. Type 3 firewall equipment minimum 4 cpl. - maximum 10 cpl; 4. Type 4 firewall equipment minimum 10 cpl. - maximum 26 cpl; 5. Type 5 firewall equipment minimum 18 cpl. - maximum 84 cp.; 6. Type 6 firewall equipment minimum 6 cpl. - maximum 34 cpl; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is EUR 7,768,746.00 excluding VAT for LOT 1, according to the estimated quantities presented below: 1. Type 1 firewall equipment - 1 cpl. 2. Type 2 firewall equipment – 2 cpl. 3. Type 3 firewall equipment – 4 cpl. 4. Type 4 firewall equipment – 10 cpl. 5. Type 5 firewall equipment – 18 cpl. 6. Type 6 firewall equipment – 6 cpl. The quantities of products mentioned above are estimates, and the quantities actually purchased will be determined according to the institution's specific needs at the time the subsequent contracts are awarded and the budgetary appropriations allocated for this purpose. Procurement subject: MEDIUM-CAPACITY FIREWALL-TYPE EQUIPMENT. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities to be purchased under the framework agreement are as follows: 1. Type 7 firewall equipment minimum 32 cpl. – maximum 132 cpl.; 2. Type 8 firewall equipment minimum 8 cpl. – maximum 32 cpl.; 3. Type 9 firewall equipment minimum 26 cpl. – maximum 200 cpl.; 4. Type 10 firewall equipment minimum 100 cpl. – maximum 200 cpl.; 5. Type 11 firewall equipment minimum 6 cpl. – maximum 10 cpl.; 6. Type 12 firewall equipment minimum 20 cpl. – maximum 30 cpl.; 7. Type 13 firewall equipment minimum 20 cpl. – maximum 100 cpl.; 8. Type 15 firewall equipment minimum 10 cpl. – maximum 200 cpl.; 2. Type 16 firewall equipment minimum 2 cpl. – maximum 10 cpl.; 3. Type 17 firewall equipment minimum 10 cpl. – maximum 50 cpl.; 4. Type 18 firewall equipment minimum 10 cpl. – maximum 1500 cpl.; 5. Type 19 firewall equipment minimum 50 cpl. – maximum 300 cpl.; 6. Type 20 firewall equipment minimum 200 cpl. – maximum 800 cpl.; 7. Type 21 firewall equipment minimum 50 cpl. – maximum 300 cpl.; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is EUR 803,192.00 excluding VAT for LOT 3, according to the estimated quantities presented below: 1.
