Romania – Company health services – Procurement of OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE SERVICES AND PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES

Opportunity description

The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of occupational medicine services and preventive health services, valid from 01.04.2024 until 31.12.2026 (33 months). During the framework agreement, 33 (thirty-three) subsequent contracts will be concluded, one for each month, depending on the number of persons established monthly for whom these services will be provided. The subsequent contracts will enter into force at the beginning of each month, and the services that are the subject of this procurement procedure will be provided each month for exactly the number of persons specified in the subsequent contract by the purchaser and signed by both parties. The estimated timetable for concluding the subsequent contracts is as follows: -9 subsequent contracts during the period 01 April 2024 – 31 December 2024; -12 subsequent contracts during the period 01 January 2025 – 31 December 2025; -12 subsequent contracts during the period 01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026. The estimated value of one subsequent contract is 58,295.00 lei, excluding VAT. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (during the implementation period of the framework agreement) The exchange of information between the parties will be carried out while ensuring the protection of personal data, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union. (the tenderer declared the winner) the personal data necessary for the performance of the contract, consisting of surname, first name, position, CNP, in an Excel-format file (xlsx). If the electronic mail services and/or internet connection are unavailable, the secured file will be handed over to the person communicated by the tenderer declared the winner, on optical media (CD-ROM), on the basis of a Handover-Takeover Report.
