Execution of the rehabilitation and modernization works for county road DJ 703, Olt County boundary - Balaci, Ciolăneşti (DJ 701) - Buzescu (DE 70), km 92+076 Olt County boundary - Balaci - Siliştea Gumeşti - Ciolăneşti - Necşeşti - Vârtoape - Călineşti - Mavrodin - up to km 161+281 at Buzescu (E 70), where it ensures direct connection to the TEN-T network. The estimated value of the contract amounts to 270.298.178,43 lei excluding VAT, resulting from the general cost estimate for the investment objective, and consists of: • 1.2 – Site preparation: 208.722,57 lei excluding VAT; • 1.3 – Environmental protection arrangements and restoration of the site to its original condition: 780.870,70 lei excluding VAT; • 4.1 – Construction and installations: 268.405.959,45 lei excluding VAT; • 5.1.1 – Site organization – construction and installation works: 602.625,71 lei excluding VAT; • 5.1.2 – Site organization – related expenses: 300.000,00 lei excluding VAT. Interested economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation within a period that may not exceed 18 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, and the contracting authority will publish a single consolidated response to all requests for clarification, in the dedicated section of SEAP, within a period of 11 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions contained in Art. 160 and Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016.
