The contracting authority is purchasing the technical assistance service - site supervision provided by specialized technical personnel, authorized in accordance with the provisions of Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Tourism No. 1496/2011, for the proper implementation of the investment objective “Construction of the Reteag Firefighters Subunit within the ‘Bistrița’ Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Bistrița-Năsăud County”. The deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: On the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 25. Requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation shall be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section in the details of the ongoing procurement procedure. ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators shall comply with the provisions of ANAP Notification No. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarification and additional information concerning the procurement documentation/responses formulated when conducting public procurement contract award procedures by electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the “Questions” section SHALL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, since these will become public when the response is transmitted by the contracting authority!
