Romania – Construction supervision services – Supervision services for construction and installation works at the properties of the University of Bucharest (3 lots)

Opportunity description

Works supervision services are required to ensure the verification of the execution of construction and installation works at optimal parameters (including the preparation of the technical book). Services are required, through specialized consulting economic operators, namely specialist site supervisors (one supervisor for construction and/or one supervisor for installations), throughout the works, in accordance with Law No. 10/1995 on quality in construction, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The procedure will be conducted over a period of 24 months, divided into 3 lots: LOT I - “Supervision services for construction and installation works at U.B. properties located in Bucharest”, Lot II - “Supervision services for construction and installation works at U.B. properties that are historical monuments”, Lot III - “Supervision services for construction and installation works at U.B. properties located in the provinces”. The supervision services for construction and installation works at U.B. properties located in Bucharest will be conducted over a period of 24 months. The minimum number of hours is estimated at 720, with the maximum quantity being 2880 hours. The supervision services for construction and installation works at U.B. properties that are historical monuments will be conducted over a period of 24 months. The estimated quantities fall within the range of 1120 hours - 4480 hours. The supervision services for construction and installation works at U.B. properties located in the provinces will be conducted for properties located in the provinces, over a period of 24 months. The forecast quantity falls within the range of a minimum of 800 hours and 3200 hours. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,056,000 RON.
