Supervision services for the execution of works under the investment project “Construction of the Clinical Hospital for Pneumophthisiology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov”. The purpose of the procurement is to award a public service procurement contract for the provision of supervision services for the execution of works relating to the investment project “Construction of the Clinical Hospital for Pneumophthisiology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov”, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 1/2018 and the requirements of the Tender Specifications. In order to fulfill the contractual obligations, the Supervisor will ensure, through its own team of specialists: ⁃ site supervision activities; ⁃ coordination in matters of occupational safety and health; ⁃ consultancy services regarding the procurement of furnishings and equipment that are not covered by the works execution contract; ⁃ the other activities provided for in the Tender Specifications. The procurement is necessary to ensure supervision services for the execution of works relating to the investment project “Construction of the Clinical Hospital for Pneumophthisiology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov”, with a view to the proper implementation of the design and execution contract, in compliance with the legal, technical, and quality requirements applicable to the investment. For the implementation of the project, the Municipality of Brașov concluded Financing Contract No. 53264/29.04.2026 with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects for the project “Construction of the Clinical Hospital for Pneumophthisiology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov”, MySMIS2021 code 359527. This procurement ensures the contracting of the services necessary for monitoring and supervising the execution of the works, contributing to the implementation of the financed project and to the achievement of the objectives undertaken through the financing contract. In order to fulfill the contractual obligations, the Supervisor will ensure, through its own team of specialists: ⁃ site supervision activities; ⁃ coordination in matters of occupational safety and health; ⁃ consultancy services regarding the procurement of furnishings and equipment that are not covered by the works execution contract; ⁃ the other activities provided for in the Tender Specifications.
