Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract consists of high-quality supervision services for the investment objective CLUJ-NAPOCA CHILDREN'S EMERGENCY CLINICAL HOSPITAL”, relating to the execution of the works and the works warranty period, in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Specifications and the Service Contract. The deadline by which any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Insofar as requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the period stipulated above, the contracting authority's responses will be published in SEAP 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The successful tenderer will have the role of Supervisor for all works related to the completion of the investment objective CLUJ-NAPOCA CHILDREN'S EMERGENCY CLINICAL HOSPITAL”, respectively the general and specific conditions for certain categories of procurement contracts relating to investment objectives financed from public funds, approved by Government Decision No. 1/2018, as subsequently amended and supplemented, hereinafter referred to as the Conditions of Works Contracts. The Supervisor is obliged to perform any other activity, not defined below, which is necessary and understood as arising, directly or indirectly, from the activities, tasks, obligations and responsibilities specified in these Tender Specifications, in the Conditions of the Service Contract and in accordance with the legislation in force, so that the Investment Project is completed within the time, cost and quality parameters accepted by the Beneficiary. The Contracting Authority CANNOT be held responsible for the failure to expressly specify any activity or task necessary for the completion of the Supervisor's services. The Supervisor's activities are structured as follows: 1. Project management; 2. Verification, organization and archiving of documentation; 3. Activities preparatory to the execution of the works; 4. Activities for supervising the execution of the works; 5. Activities for supervising the works during the warranty period; 6. Activities relating to the management of specific situations; 7. Coordination activities concerning occupational health and safety. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 12,550,158.04 RON.
