Site supervision services for the works carried out under the investment objective "Comprehensive protection of the localities situated in the Danube Delta to minimize the flood risk to life, Tulcea County" Obj.1- Rehabilitation and modernization of the excess water discharge stations within the built-up areas of the localities of Periprava, Sulina, Letea, Pardina, Crisan, Sfantu Gheorghe, Gorgova, Mila 23, in the Danube Delta, resulting from precipitation and infiltration Obj.2- Flood protection of the locality of Vulturu, Maliuc commune, Tulcea County Obj.3- Flood protection of the locality of Ilganii de Sus, Maliuc commune, Tulcea County Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested - 20 The deadline for responding to requests for clarification is the 11th day before the deadline established for submitting tenders The subject matter of the contract consists of supervision services through site supervision, involving activities for verifying the execution of the works in terms of quality, quantity and operational safety, and the technical supervision of the works in accordance with the legislative provisions in force. The works proposed to be carried out as part of the investment are as follows: Objective 1. Rehabilitation and modernization of the excess water discharge stations within the built-up areas of the localities of Periprava, Sulina, Letea, Pardina, Crisan, Sfantu Gheorghe, Gorgova, Mila 23, in the Danube Delta, resulting from precipitation and infiltration. The following types of works are proposed under this objective: a) Rehabilitation of the existing structures of the excess water discharge stations; b) Rehabilitation of the hydromechanical equipment and pumping units; c) Rehabilitation of the electrical installations supplying the pumping units; d) Rehabilitation of the drainage channels supplying the excess water discharge stations within the localities Objective 2. Flood protection of the locality of Vulturu, Maliuc commune, Tulcea County The following types of works are proposed under this objective: a) Protection works for the locality of Vulturu, consisting of works to close the protection line with FIXED STRUCTURE-type works; b) Pumping stations (2 enclosures) and discharge of stormwater and infiltration water from within the locality; c) Drainage channels for collecting stormwater and infiltration water from within the enclosure; Objective 3. Flood protection of the locality of Ilganii de Sus, Maliuc commune, Tulcea County. The following types of works are proposed under this objective: a) Protection works for the locality of Ilganii de Sus, consisting of works to close the FIXED STRUCTURE-type protection line; b) Pumping station and discharge of stormwater and infiltration water from within the locality; c) Drainage channels for collecting stormwater and infiltration water from within the enclosure; Procedure: open.
