Opportunity description

The organization of the execution of the authorized works shall be carried out in accordance with the execution schedule within the technical execution design, the execution details and the organization of the execution of the authorized works and in accordance with the solution study approved under ATR No. 26003082/ 12.03.2025 (priced under chap.2.1), a value which shall be settled in accordance with the legislation in force. The Contractor shall provide the complete and operational facilities in accordance with the requirements specified by the technical design, minimum requirements of the technical specifications/feasibility study. In order to achieve the general objective, the specific objects of the project are 1. Execution OBJECT 01 - Rehabilitation of metal tanks for the storage of materials (fuels and lubricants), as well as related intervention and development works (storage sector); 2. Execution OBJECT 02 - Construction of fencing for the storage sector and access gates; 3. Execution OBJECT 03 - Rehabilitation works at the unit’s railway unloading/loading platform; 4. Execution OBJECT 04 - Rehabilitation works at the vehicle platform; 5. Execution OBJECT 05 - Station rehabilitation works; 6. Execution OBJECT 06 - Construction of a new G+2 pavilion; 7. Execution OBJECT 07 - Construction of pavilion L/Fire Station; 8. Execution OBJECT 08 - Rehabilitation of the generator set; 9. Execution OBJECT 09 - Rehabilitation of the water facility; 10. Execution OBJECT 10 - Development of roads and concrete pathways in the storage sector; 11. Execution OBJECT 11- Rehabilitation of pavilions U7,U8,U15,U16 - semi-buried huts; 12. Execution OBJECT 12 - Rehabilitation and extension of the electrical network. The Tenderer shall execute all works necessary for the timely completion of the investment, in accordance with the Beneficiary’s Requirements. The value of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses is 13.157.111,06 lei excluding VAT. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 10 days. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information at least 6 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The general objective of the investment consists of strengthening and rehabilitating the existing pavilion D, with the aim of increasing the degree of operational safety of the buildings and user comfort. The specific objectives of the project are the completion of all works proposed through this technical-economic documentation, ensuring the conditions for the proper conduct of activities specific to the Ministry of National Defence in compliance with the provisions imposed by the national legislation and international agreements in force, incumbent upon the administrator and users of the property. The organization of the execution of the authorized works shall be carried out in accordance with the execution schedule within technical execution design No. A5023/19.12.2018, the execution details and the organization of the execution of the authorized works. The Contractor shall provide the complete and operational facilities in accordance with the requirements specified by the technical design, minimum requirements of the technical specifications.
