The contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, pursuant to Article 161 of Law 98/2016. The main objective is the design and execution of works for the investment objective “Demolition of existing pavilions, consolidation and rehabilitation works on existing pavilions, construction of new pavilions, fencing, gazebos and rehabilitation of utility networks at Barracks 1253 Caracal” Project code 2018-C/I-1253 Caracal. The tenderer will design and execute all works necessary for the timely completion of the investment, in accordance with the Documentation provided.
