Cluj County UAT is implementing Financing Contract No. 68158/28.05.2026 for the project “Expansion, modernization and equipping of the Outpatient Clinic of the Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases, stage 1 – Expansion of BUILDING A”. The project is financed under the Health Programme, call for projects No. PS/720/PS_P1/OP4/RSO4.5/PS_P1_RSO4.5_A2. The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of healthcare services within the Outpatient Clinic of the Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases by improving preventive services and implementing screening programmes to combat cancer. The specific objective of the project is to improve services targeting prevention and screening programmes through the expansion, modernization and equipping of the Outpatient Clinic of the Cluj Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, solely through SEAP, no later than 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification submitted on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Execution of the works for the expansion, modernization and equipping of the INTEGRATED OUTPATIENT CLINIC OF THE CLUJ-NAPOCA CLINICAL HOSPITAL FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES, and acceptance of the works provided for in the financing contract. The specific objective of the project is to improve services targeting prevention and screening programmes through the expansion, modernization and equipping of the Outpatient Clinic of the Cluj Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases. The implementation of the project aims to establish the integrated screening and prevention centre, work which entails the partial vertical expansion of Building A in order to arrange the medical spaces necessary for screening and prevention activities. The property is located in the central area of the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca, within the protection perimeter of historical and architectural-urban monuments. The land and the existing building are owned by the Cluj County Council and placed under the administration of the Cluj-Napoca Hospital for Infectious Diseases.
