Design services (DTAC, DTOE AND PTE), including technical assistance and execution of works for the implementation of the investment objective “Systematization of the AIHCB movement area in order to increase operational capacity and ensure compliance with the provisions of Reg. 139/2014 – Stage I”. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 15 The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th calendar day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Design services (DTAC, DTOE AND PTE), including technical assistance and execution of works for the implementation of the investment objective “Systematization of the AIHCB movement area in order to increase operational capacity and ensure compliance with the provisions of Reg. 139/2014 – Stage I”. Estimated value excluding VAT: 278.245.155 lei, excluding VAT, of which: a. Design services (DTAC, DTOE AND PTE) and technical assistance: 18.227.846 lei, excluding VAT; b. Execution works: 260.017.309 lei, excluding VAT. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses amounting to 10,30 % of the total estimated value may be added to the total estimated value of 278.245.155 lei, excluding VAT. THIS IS NOT SUBJECT TO TENDERING. The design services and execution of works for the implementation of the investment objective “Systematization of the AIHCB movement area in order to increase operational capacity and ensure compliance with the provisions of Reg. 139/2014 – Stage I” comprise the following objectives: Rehabilitated surfaces: • Charlie, November, Oscar, Papa, Whiskey and Victor taxiways; • Apron 2. New surfaces: Eastward extension of Apron 2 up to TWY Delta. Duration in months: minimum 88 months, of which: - deadline for preparation and delivery of the detailed design: 4 months - deadline for execution of works: 24 months from the date of issuance of the commencement order - minimum warranty granted for the works: 60 months Procedure: open.
