The subject of the contract consists of design services for preparing the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C.), organization of the execution of works (D.T.O.E.), Technical Execution Design (P.Th.) + Execution Details (D.E.), provision of technical assistance by the designer and, respectively, Execution of construction works + equipping the objective + carrying out the climate change proofing study for the “Murighiol Firefighting Subunit within the ‘Delta’ Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Tulcea County” and preparation of analyses regarding compliance with the DNSH (“Do No Significant Harm”) principle in accordance with the requirements of the 2021–2027 Sustainable Development Programme, relating to the investment objective “Murighiol Firefighting Subunit within the ‘Delta’ Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Tulcea County,” financed from European funds relating to the 2021–2027 Sustainable Development Programme (P.D.D.), Priority 3 – Promoting adaptation to climate change and risk management, Action 3.2 Improving the risk response system in order to improve response times in emergency situations; the analyzed property is located in Murighiol commune, Tulcea County. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20 days. Deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information: on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Requests for clarification concerning the procurement documentation shall be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section in the details of the ongoing procurement procedure. ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators shall comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarification and additional information concerning procurement documentation / the responses formulated when conducting procedures for the award of public procurement contracts by electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached in the “Questions” section SHALL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, since these will become public when the contracting authority submits its response! Design services for preparing the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C.), organization of the execution of works (D.T.O.E.), Technical Execution Design (P.Th.) + Execution Details (D.E.), provision of technical assistance by the designer and, respectively, Execution of construction works + equipping the objective + carrying out the climate change proofing study for the “Murighiol Firefighting Subunit within the ‘Delta’ Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Tulcea County,” as follows: 1. Preparation of the technical documentation for obtaining endorsements and agreements and preparation of the specialized reports required for authorizing and executing the construction works; 2. Preparation of the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works; 3. Preparation of the technical execution design; 4. Execution of the construction works in accordance with the technical designs prepared during the feasibility study phase; 5. Provision of technical assistance by the general designer during the execution of the works. In accordance with the General Cost Estimate for the investment objective, the estimated value of the contract is 3.986.250,34 lei excluding VAT Procedure: open. Estimated value: 3,986,250.34 RON.
