The effective duration for completing the real estate investment project code 2023 – I – 329 Boboc – “NEW ACCOMMODATION PAVILION IN BARRACKS 329 BOBOC”– preparation of technical documentation for obtaining the approvals and site agreements established by the urban planning certificate (including obtaining them), preparation of specialist studies established by the urban planning certificate, preparation of technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C) and technical documentation for authorizing the execution of the organization of works (D.T.O.E), technical verification of the technical documentation, preparation of the technical execution design with execution details (P.Th.+D.E.), execution of works and technical assistance from the designer during the contract implementation period – design and execution of works is 730 days, the period beginning to run from the date the design services commence, in accordance with the order to commence them, broken down as follows:  90 calendar days - for carrying out the design activity, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II, Stage I – Design, points: I.1, I.2, I.3 and I.5 and the Chapter CONTRACT EXECUTION AND DELAYS of the Contractual Agreement;  640 calendar days - for the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the technical design with execution details, pursuant to the Chapter CONTRACT EXECUTION AND DELAYS of the Contractual Agreement;  The entire works execution period and at final acceptance - for technical assistance from the designer. The warranty period granted for the services provided and works executed, including the installed machinery and equipment, is at least 60 months from acceptance upon completion of the works, after all objections identified by the acceptance committee have been resolved (if applicable). Under this contract, works with an estimated value of 60,549,468.47 lei excluding V.A.T. will be procured, broken down as follows: - 2,892,151.48 (Design, including verification of documentation (A.Î.I., D.T.A.C., P.Th.+D.E., D.T.O.E.) - 578,430.30 (Technical assistance from the designer) - 55,809,100.21 (Execution of works) - 1,269,786.48 (Site organization) Total 2023 – I – 329 Boboc = 60,549,468.47 lei excluding V.A.T. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses relating to objective code 2023 – I – 329 Boboc amount to 5,927,968.20 lei excluding V.A.T., are not included in the estimated value and will not be tendered. The ESTIMATED VALUE in lei of the contract is 60,549,468.47 lei excluding V.A.T., to which V.A.T. (21%) in the amount of 12,715,388.38 lei is added, resulting in a value of 73,264,856.85 lei including V.A.T. Clarifications may be requested 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority will communicate to all economic operators the answers to the clarification questions received – accompanied by the corresponding questions – taking measures not to disclose the identity of the party that requested the respective clarifications, by publishing them on the website www.e-licitatie.ro - SEAP - within the contract notice relating to this procedure in the “Documentation and clarifications” section. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for submitting tenders.
