Opportunity description

The project provides for the construction of a modular complex in the courtyard of Secondary School No. 22, Building B, headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 3, Aleea Barajul Iezeru, No. 8, intended for carrying out educational activities for Secondary School No. 78 - Waldorf alternative, under safe and functional conditions. The project is implemented as follows: • Phase 1: relocation and preparation of 36 existing modular containers at the address Bucharest, Sector 3, Str. Ion Țuculescu, No. 42; • Phase 2: completion of the complex by adding 19 new modular containers (Type 1, 2, 3), and execution of all finishing, installation and commissioning works. The total estimated value of the procurement is 2,767,611.74 lei excluding VAT, according to the Estimated Value Note attached to this document. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders.
