The subject matter of this contract consists of the execution of works for the implementation of the investment objective: “Increasing educational capacity by extending the educational unit of <<Dimitirie Cantemir High School>>, outdoor landscaping, vertical systematization, development of a running track and outdoor sports activity spaces”, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Design (PTh), the Execution Details (DDE), and the Tender Specifications. The implementation of the objective leads to the improvement of the educational infrastructure, providing students with a modern and suitable space for carrying out educational activities. Through this investment, the aim is not only the development of young people, but also the creation of a comprehensive educational environment, adapted to current needs and oriented toward performance and well-being. The Municipality of Iași signed with ADR-NE, under the Call for projects numbered PR/NE/2023/6/RSO4.2/1/INVATAMANT MRJ+M, intended for municipalities and county-seat municipalities, Priority 6 NORTH-EAST - AN EDUCATED REGION, Financing Contract No. 1029/08.06.2026 SMIS code 356040, for the project: “Increasing educational capacity by extending the educational unit of <<Dimitrie Cantemir>> High School, outdoor landscaping, vertical systematization, development of a running track and outdoor sports activity spaces”; The project proposes extending the built space of the current school with two additional volumes: a connecting volume GF+1F with dual N-E/S-W orientation and a volume B+GF+2F with dual N-W/S-E orientation. The site on which the investment objective will be implemented is located within the built-up area of the municipality of Iași, Iași County. By implementing this objective, an important step is taken toward promoting an active and balanced lifestyle among young people, as well as supporting education through modern means. The investment reflects the commitment of the local authorities to supporting educational performance and personal development within a framework that encourages learning, collaboration, and civic involvement. The proposed project contributes to improving the educational infrastructure, providing students with a modern and suitable space for carrying out educational activities. Estimated contract value: 34.199.425,48 lei excluding VAT. The deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification: 11 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders in the contract notice.
