Romania – Continuous business forms – Purchase of the “PROOF OF INSPECTION” form

Opportunity description

The subject of the contract consists of the purchase of the “PROOF OF INSPECTION” form, a purchase made from own funds, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications. - Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation (Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016 and Article 103(1) of Government Decision 395, as subsequently amended and supplemented), subject to a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. - The contracting authority will provide a consolidated, clear and complete response to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders (Article 160(2) and Article 161(1) of Law 98/2016 and Article 27(2)-(4) and Article 103(2) of Government Decision 395/2016). - The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarifications/additional information received within the 17-day period preceding the deadline established for the submission of tenders, the request being considered to have been submitted late. Purchase of the product: “PROOF OF INSPECTION OF THE TACHOGRAPH AND/OR SPEED LIMITER”, in the graphic format presented in the annexes to the tender specifications, having the characteristics specified in Chapter V of the tender specifications, “Product specification”, under the following conditions: • minimum framework agreement value: 3,120,000 lei excluding VAT; • maximum framework agreement value: 3,480,000 lei excluding VAT; • minimum framework agreement quantity: 520,000 pcs; • maximum framework agreement quantity: 580,000 pcs; - for the subsequent contract: • value of the smallest subsequent contract: 780,000 lei excluding VAT; • value of the largest subsequent contract: 900,000 lei excluding VAT; • estimated quantity of the smallest subsequent contract: 130,000 pcs; • estimated quantity of the largest subsequent contract: 150,000 pcs.
