Supply of quarry aggregates (made of granite) Total estimated quantity: 12.200 tonnes, resulting from the sum of the following grades: - Quarry crushed sand (fine aggregate) 0-4 mm made of granite: 4.300 tonnes - Crushed stone (coarse aggregate) made of granite 4-8 mm: 3.700 tonnes - Crushed stone (coarse aggregate) made of granite 8-16 mm: 3.000 tonnes - Crushed stone (coarse aggregate) made of granite 16-22.4 mm: 1.200 tonnes 1. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 15 days. 2. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that were submitted within the time limit specified in the contract notice on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications. NOTE: The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that were not submitted within the time limit established in point I.3 of the data sheet and referred to above. Any responses to requests for clarification will be attached to the contract notice. These responses will form part of the procurement documentation and must be taken into account when preparing the tender. Any objections regarding the procurement documents, including the proposed contract, will be the subject of requests for clarification, which must be submitted within the time limit specified in this documentation.
