Following the inspections carried out by the technical staff of the Road and Bridge Maintenance Service during 2024, it was found that on most county road sections, the transverse culverts have cracks in the concrete headwalls, pipe failures, and blockages, leading to the clogging and flooding of stormwater collection devices. Thus, it is necessary to conclude a Framework Agreement for contracting works that will ensure stormwater drainage and eliminate interruptions in the continuity of stormwater drainage devices and also achieve the final objective, namely that of improving traffic conditions. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is no more than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, pursuant to Art. 161 of Law 98/2016. Following the inspections carried out by the technical staff of the Road and Bridge Maintenance Service during 2024, it was found that on most county road sections, the transverse culverts have cracks in the concrete headwalls, pipe failures, and blockages, leading to the clogging and flooding of stormwater collection devices. Thus, it is necessary to conclude a Framework Agreement for contracting works that will ensure stormwater drainage and eliminate interruptions in the continuity of stormwater drainage devices and also achieve the final objective, namely that of improving traffic conditions. The calculated estimated value was established as follows: minimum Framework Agreement 93.523.25 lei excluding VAT and maximum Framework Agreement 6.831.698,33 lei excluding VAT, and minimum Subsequent Contract 42.791,61 lei excluding VAT and maximum Subsequent Contract 1.138.616,46 lei excluding VAT. A maximum of 3 subsequent contracts per year and a minimum of 1 subsequent contract per year may be concluded. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 6,831,698.33 RON.
