Romania – Dairy products – Supply of DAIRY Products for the centers subordinate to DGASPC Tulcea

Opportunity description

The subject of this public procurement procedure concerns the supply of DAIRY products -18 lots- for the preparation of meals served in the centers within DGASPC Tulcea. In order to ensure continuity in the supply of dairy products, it is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 12 months and to conclude several subsequent contracts depending on needs and within the limits of the available budgetary funds. Tenderers shall take into account an increase in the maximum estimated quantity up to a maximum of 50% of the value of the initial framework agreement, depending on beneficiaries' requests and available funds. Art. 221, para. 1, letter b, Law 98/2016. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications or additional information may be requested is 15 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders.
