Framework supply agreements, divided into 3 lots, concerning the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables (apples) – Lot 1, milk and dairy products (UHT milk) – Lot 2 and bakery products (bread roll alternating with dry biscuits) – Lot 3, for the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school years, for preschool children in state kindergartens with a normal 4-hour programme and pupils in state primary and lower-secondary education, as well as preschool children and pupils enrolled in special education, in Suceava County, under the “Romanian Schools Programme”. Under the “Romanian Schools Programme”, for preschool children in state kindergartens with a normal 4-hour programme and pupils in state primary and lower-secondary education, as well as preschool children and pupils enrolled in special education, in Suceava County, for the period of the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school years, fresh fruit and vegetables (apples) – Lot 1, milk and dairy products (UHT milk) – Lot 2 and bakery products (bread roll alternating with dry biscuits) – Lot 3 will be purchased, in accordance with the Tender Specifications. The contracting authority will invite tenderers who have submitted admissible tenders to the final electronic auction (EA) stage. The invitation will be sent electronically and simultaneously to all the respective tenderers and will specify the date and starting time of the electronic auction. The invitation to participate and notifications of the commencement of the electronic auction will be generated and sent automatically by the system to the email address registered in the system as the contact address. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, signed with an extended electronic signature, solely through SEAP, no later than 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Insofar as the request for clarification or additional information was submitted within the period specified above, the contracting authority’s replies will be published in SEAP on the 13th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The procurement of this lot involves the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables (apples), in accordance with the technical specifications in the Tender Specifications, in Suceava County, under the “Romanian Schools Programme”, for preschool children in state kindergartens with a normal 4-hour programme and pupils in state primary and lower-secondary education, as well as preschool children and pupils enrolled in special education in Suceava County, for the period of the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school years, within a daily value per preschool child/pupil. The daily value limit includes the full purchase price of the products, including VAT, and their transport, distribution and storage costs.
