Opportunity description

Main VPN line (link) communication services, Layer 2 connectivity for replication and guaranteed fixed internet access for a period of 48 months, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator for the procurement of the following data communication services: • provision of data transmission services (VPN) • provision of Layer 2 connectivity services for replication • provision of Internet access services For all services provided, the following will be ensured: - delivery, testing and installation of all components of the integrated system; - maintenance and support for the duration of service provision, in accordance with the minimum technical specifications imposed by the specifications. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.elicitatie.ro/pub). The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. (in compliance with Article 173, paragraph 1 of Law No. 99/2016). Minimum quantity under the framework agreement: the minimum number of telecommunications services (VPN, Internet Access, Replication) is 6328. Maximum quantity under the framework agreement: the maximum number of telecommunications services (VPN, Internet Access, Replication) is 8,000. For the subsequent contract relating to year1/year2/year3/year4, the minimum number of telecommunications services (VPN, Internet Access, Replication) is 1582, and the maximum number of telecommunications services (VPN, Internet Access, Replication) is 2000, in accordance with Annex 3 to the specifications. The initial list of the Beneficiary's locations is set out in Annex 1 to the specifications. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator for the procurement of the following data communication services: • provision of data transmission services (VPN) • provision of Layer 2 connectivity services for replication • provision of Internet access services For all services provided, the following will be ensured: - delivery, testing and installation of all components of the integrated system; - maintenance and support for the duration of service provision, in accordance with the minimum technical specifications imposed by the specifications.
