Opportunity description

Supply and installation of equipment for the microbiology laboratory under the project “Equipping the microbiology laboratory within the Cuza Vodă Iași Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics-Gynecology”, SMIS code 327873, IT Equipment – according to the specifications of the tender specifications. The duration of the supply contract begins on the date of its entry into force and ends on the date when the parties have fulfilled their contractual obligations. The duration of the public procurement contract is a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. The duration of the contract must cover delivery, commissioning and staff training. Total estimated value excluding VAT: 63,000 lei. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation, in compliance with the deadline established by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates – Section I.3) Communication, respectively the number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. Responses to requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation will be published in SEAP, in the “List, clarifications, notifications and decisions” Section of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established pursuant to art. 27 para. (3) of Government Decision 395/2016. The contracting authority will respond ONLY to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: - on the 24th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the 30th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; - on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
