Gasoline and diesel fuel necessary for the operation of the company’s own vehicle fleet as well as the motorized machinery/motorized tools in the equipment of GOSPODARIRE URBANA S.R.L. Galati, during the period 01.09.2026 – 31.08.2029. a) Minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement: min.: 44.665 liters – max.: 463.792 liters. b) The estimated maximum quantity of automotive fuels for which the tender will be submitted and according to which the financial proposal will be formulated is 463.792 liters, for the 36-month term of the framework agreement, which runs from the date of its award, of which: - Diesel fuel: 327.027 liters; - Gasoline: 136.765 liters c) The estimated minimum quantity of automotive fuels for the 36-month term of the framework agreement, which runs from the date of its award, is 44.665 liters, of which: - Diesel fuel: 31.990 liters; - Gasoline: 12.675 liters In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 and Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information relating to the procurement documentation on the 10th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders in the contract notice.
