The Municipality of Baia Mare wishes to purchase fuel—diesel fuel—for the vehicles belonging to the vehicle fleet of the Municipality of Baia Mare (which currently includes 13 motor vehicles that use diesel fuel), for the proper conduct of the activities of the local police officers and to ensure appropriate mobility and coverage of all areas. Furthermore, over the next 4 years, it is intended to purchase an additional 7 motor vehicles using diesel fuel for the local police officers, in order to renew the vehicle fleet and reduce the level of pollution by scrapping older special-purpose vehicles. In this regard, the contracting authority seeks to conclude a framework agreement that will establish the essential elements/conditions governing the subsequent supply contracts to be awarded during the term of this framework agreement. The framework agreement for this procurement will be concluded for a maximum of 4 calendar years (four years). The product, the fuel to be purchased, is presented in the specifications. The estimated value of the framework agreement over 4 years is: minimum: 1.206.000 lei excluding VAT—maximum: 1.730.400 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the framework agreement over 4 years is: minimum: 1.206.000 lei excluding VAT—maximum: 1.730.400 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be concluded during the term of the framework agreement: 278.100 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract to be concluded during the term of the framework agreement: 25.125 lei excluding VAT. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested over the entire duration of the framework agreement: - minimum quantities: 160.800 litres - maximum quantities: 207.600 litres. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during a subsequent contract: - minimum quantities: 3.500 litres - maximum quantities: 30.900 litres. Clarifications may be requested no later than 20 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,730,400 RON.
