Romania – Diesel fuel – “Petroleum products (unleaded petrol and diesel fuel) and road toll (vignettes) based on cards”

Opportunity description

Signing a sectoral framework supply agreement for a period of 24 months for the procurement of “Petroleum products (unleaded petrol and diesel fuel) and road toll (vignettes) based on cards” for the DEER SA vehicle fleet, with card-based refueling – in accordance with the specifications in the CS, in compliance with all parameters included in the attached technical data sheets. To carry out activities specific to electricity distribution, DEER owns a fleet of road vehicles, for the use of which the necessary fuel must be provided. Consequently, the Contracting Entity intends to purchase unleaded petrol and diesel fuel, and the road toll based on cards issued by the Contractor, in accordance with the legislation in force concerning the placing of petrol and diesel fuel on the market. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 22 (before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications) The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is: on the 12th day before the deadline established in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. Max. estimated value of the FA (petroleum products + road toll)=31.350.000,00 lei excluding VAT.
