The procurement of sanitary pads and disposable absorbent nappies for children and adults for the subordinate functional structures of D.G.A.S.P.C. (in the localities of Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Stalpu, Pogoanele, Vintila Voda and Smeeni). The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 6 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 2nd day before the deadline for submitting tenders. The procurement of "sanitary pads and disposable absorbent nappies for children and adults" for the functional structures subordinate to D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau in Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda and Stilpu. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Contracts subsequent to the framework agreement will generally be concluded monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually, depending on the budget and the institution's needs. The estimated value of the framework agreement for a period of 24 months is a minimum of 313,747.05 lei excluding VAT and a maximum of 1,254,988.20 lei excluding VAT. The estimated maximum total value of the contract was determined by taking into consideration the option in which the contracting authority chooses to increase, to the maximum level provided for, the quantity of sanitary pads and disposable absorbent nappies for children and adults for the functional structures subordinate to D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau in Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda and Stilpu. The estimated value (LEI excluding VAT) of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement is: – 313,747.05 lei excluding VAT.
