Opportunity description

The procurement concerns the supply of "1/0.4kV distribution transformers" in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the Annexes thereto. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting entity's response to these requests will be submitted on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 173 of Law 99/2016. Contract duration – a contract with a duration of 24 months will be concluded. 1/0.4 kV DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS WITH COPPER WINDINGS, 10 ÷ 160 kVA, in accordance with ST 214. All purchased products must meet the general requirements specified in the standards in Annex 1 to ST 214, operate economically, be capable of being operated safely, and be compatible with the existing equipment in the installations of Delgaz Grid S.A. The transformers must comply with all applicable standards and legislative requirements, even if they are not explicitly mentioned in this technical specification. For the standards mentioned in this technical specification, equivalence with other standards is also accepted, provided that the minimum imposed technical requirements are met. The transformers will be equipped with the elements presented in the chapters of this specification as options only if they are specified in the purchase order. Otherwise, the standard equipment must not include them. The transformers will be installed in accordance with the documentation provided by the manufacturer, which is required to specify the occupational safety requirements and those corresponding to emergency situations. Maximum dimensions: For rated power of 10 ÷ 50 kVA inclusive (L x W x H) mm 1120x710x1350; For rated power of 100 kVA (L x W x H) mm 1120x710x1360; For rated power of 160 kVA (L x W x H) mm 1120x710x1480. The equipment is required to meet the needs for remedying unplanned interventions and carrying out connection works to the distribution network.
