Archival processing services for documents created at the level of Brașov Municipality City Hall, digitization and storage. Award of a framework agreement having as its subject archival processing services for documents created at the level of Brașov Municipality City Hall, digitization and storage for a period of 48 months, on the basis of which subsequent contracts will be awarded for the provision of archival processing, digitization, electronic archiving, storage and related services for documents created and held by Brașov Municipality City Hall. This Framework Agreement will be concluded without reopening the competition, with a single economic operator, on the basis of which one or more separate subsequent contracts will be awarded, depending on needs. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes a deadline by which it will provide a clear and complete response to tenderers' requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Maximum total estimated value of the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for 4 years: 20.666.596,71 lei excluding VAT, corresponding to the following quantities: 1) The estimated value of the SMALLEST subsequent contract is 4.133.319,34 lei excluding VAT, 2) The estimated value of the LARGEST subsequent contract is 5.166.649,18 lei excluding VAT, 3) The MINIMUM value of the framework agreement, estimated over a period of 4 years, is 16.533.277,37 lei excluding VAT, 4) The MAXIMUM value of the framework agreement, estimated over a period of 4 years, is 20.666.596,71 lei excluding VAT. *The quantities to be tendered can be found in the "Forms Section", Form 11 - Financial offer form - Annex 1.
