Opportunity description

Purchase of PE–HD pipes, fittings and connecting elements for pipes in order to improve the efficiency of the operation, expansion and maintenance of the drinking-water and wastewater networks operated by the contracting entity, in accordance with the tender specifications. Number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 (eighteen) days. The contracting entity will respond only to requests submitted in compliance with this deadline. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Framework agreement for the purchase of PE–HD pipes, fittings and connecting elements for pipes, in accordance with the tender specifications. The minimum and maximum quantities established by the contracting entity for the requested products are those specified in the tender specifications and represent estimates of quantities that may be requested throughout the entire duration of the framework agreement, and not the exact quantities purchased, the latter potentially being lower than, equal to, or higher than those estimated, depending on the needs of the contracting entity. If, during the performance of the framework agreement, it is necessary to increase the value/quantity of the requested products, the modification will be made pursuant to Article 235 et seq. of Law No. 99/2016, while observing the unit prices. The dates proposed in the estimated timetable represent the intention of the contracting authority/entity, not a firm commitment by the contracting entity regarding the award of subsequent contracts, based on the working assumption that no unforeseeable events/circumstances will arise that could not have been taken into account at the time the award procedure was initiated, and that the necessary financial resources will also be ensured.
