Design and execution of works related to the contract “TL-CL-05 Extension and rehabilitation of water intakes, treatment plants and storage tanks in Sulina, Crisan and Mila 23” NOTE: -The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which interested Economic Operators may request clarifications is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. -Deadlines by which the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification/additional information: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Design and execution of works related to the contract “TL-CL-05 Extension and rehabilitation of water intakes, treatment plants and storage tanks in Sulina, Crisan and Mila 23”, including the detailed design and execution of civil construction works and mechanical and electrical installations, including the supply and installation of the related equipment, for: Object 1: Sulina water supply system 1.1 Rehabilitation of the existing Sulina source 1.1.1 Sanitary protection area for the existing Sulina source 1.1.2 Equipment for the existing Sulina raw-water pumping station (within the GA Sulina premises) 1.2. Rehabilitation of the GA Sulina water facility: 1.2.1 Rehabilitation of the treatment plant (QIc = 18 l/s) 1.2.2 Extension of storage tanks (rehabilitation of slow filters) (V=4 x 240 mc) Object 2: Crisan water supply system 2.1. Rehabilitation of the existing Crisan source 2.1.1 Rehabilitation of the Crisan crib intake 2.1.2 Sanitary protection area for the existing Crisan source 2.1.3 Rehabilitation of the Crisan raw-water transmission pipeline 2.1.4 New raw-water pumping station (within the GA Crisan premises) 2.2. Rehabilitation of the GA Crisan water facility: 2.2.1 New treatment plant (QIc = 8 l/s) 2.2.2 New storage tank (V=450 mc) 2.2.3. New distribution pumping station (within the GA Crisan premises) Object 3: Mila 23 water supply system 3.1. Rehabilitation of the existing Mila 23 source 3.1.1 Rehabilitation of the Mila 23 crib intake 3.1.2 Sanitary protection area for the existing Mila 23 source 3.1.3 Construction of a docking pontoon 3.1.4 Rehabilitation of the Mila23 raw-water transmission pipeline 3.1.5 Rehabilitation of the raw-water pumping station (within the GA Mila 23 premises) 3.2. Rehabilitation of the GA Mila 23 water facility: 3.2.1 Rehabilitation of the treatment plant (QIc = 6 l/s) 3.2.2 New storage tanks (V=2 x 250 mc) 3.2.3. New distribution pumping station (within the GA Mila 23 premises) The contract defines 3 work sectors as follows: Sector 1. SAA Sulina 1.1. Rehabilitation of the Sulina source 1.1. Rehabilitation of the GA Sulina water facility Sector 2. SAA Crisan 2.1. Rehabilitation of the Crisan source 2.2. Rehabilitation of the GA Crisan water facility Sector 3. SAA Mila 23 3.1. Rehabilitation of the Mila 23 source 3.2. Rehabilitation of the GA Mila 23 water facility The works within the work sectors defined above will be carried out concurrently so that, upon completion of execution, the sector is operational. The contract includes: a) Preparation of the Technical Design in accordance with national legislation, including all necessary documents (reports, drawings, calculations, etc.) and any documentation required to obtain the building permit; b) Preparation of the documentation required to obtain the authorizations and approvals necessary for execution c) Construction works; d) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; e) Testing and commissioning; f) Remedying any defects arising during the Warranty Period. The design and execution of the works and commissioning of the installations is 24 months, of which 6 months are for design. The Warranty Period is 36 months. The estimated contract value includes Provisional Sums totaling 635.200 lei for electrical connections and electricity supply. The estimated contract value does not include amounts representing “miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses”. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 42,004,555.76 RON.
