Under this procurement, DEER SA intends to award a sectoral works procurement contract for each lot, in accordance with the conditions imposed in the attached specifications, as follows: Lot 1 - Works for the installation of smart electricity meters, with related materials included, in the Municipality of Galati Lot 2 - Works for the installation of smart electricity meters, with related materials included, in the Municipality of Braila Lot 3 - Works for the installation of smart electricity meters, with related materials included, in the Municipality of Focsani Lot 4 - Works for the installation of smart electricity meters, with related materials included, in the Municipality of Ploiesti Lot 5 - Works for the installation of smart electricity meters, with related materials included, in the Municipality of Targoviste Estimated value excluding VAT 47.929.711,22 lei excluding VAT, of which: Lot 1: 14.846.524,63 lei Lot 2: 10.340.011,99 lei Lot 3: 6.267.496,93 lei Lot 4: 10.944.475,31 lei Lot 5: 5.531.202,36 lei Performance period of each contract: 33 months, but no later than 30.09.2028. Works will be carried out to install smart single-phase electricity meters and direct-connected smart three-phase electricity meters in the electrical installations of Distribuție Energie Electrică Romania, in 5 county-seat cities in the North Muntenia area: Galați, Braila, Focșani, Ploiești and Târgoviște, for the entire quantity of metering devices specified in the annexes to the specifications. The replacement of conventional electricity meters with smart electricity meters will be carried out under the following categories of works: • Replacement of a single-phase meter with a smart single-phase electronic meter • Replacement of a three-phase meter with a smart three-phase electronic meter • Installation of a concentrator and balance meter at the PTA, including a security and protection enclosure • Installation of a concentrator and balance meter at the PTZ, including a security and protection enclosure • Installation of a signal filter/repeater • Installation of an ethernet converter Note: The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which potential tenderers may request clarifications regarding the procurement documentation is 20.
