Opportunity description

Within the framework of this procurement, DEER SA wishes to purchase “Electricity distribution and control apparatus - metering and protection blocks (4 lots)” in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the specifications, required for the modernization of electricity distribution installations on the low-voltage side (LEA JT) and, implicitly, for increasing the quality of the distribution service of the electricity distribution operator D.E.E.R. The products covered by these specifications are intended to contribute to the commencement/completion of investment works using its own resources that the electricity distribution operator DEER carries out: - works for supplying consumers with electricity, performed on the basis of the ANRE orders in force; - new investment works in LEA JT using its own resources, provided for in the investment program; - maintenance or fault-remediation works. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which potential tenderers may request clarifications regarding the procurement documentation is 20. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established above. Duration of the framework agreements: 24 months The estimated minimum quantities and maximum quantities represent estimates of quantities that could be requested over the entire duration of the framework agreements and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter possibly being lower than, equal to, or higher than the estimated quantities, depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Entity at the time of awarding the subsequent contracts.
