Opportunity description

The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders / requests to participate by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. The provisions of Article 160 of updated Law No. 98/2016 and Article 27 of Government Decision No. 395/2016 shall be observed. Estimated quantities Framework agreement for a period of a minimum of 1 (one) month and a maximum of 12 (twelve) months: - the consumption points of the National Library of Romania in Bucharest, B-dul Unirii, No. 22, Sector 3, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 475.00 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 4,700.00 MWh (12 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications; - the consumption points of the National Library of Romania in Bucharest, Batthyaneum Library Branch in Alba Iulia, str. Gabriel Bethlen, no.1, Alba County, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 1.00 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 10.80 MWh (12 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications; - the consumption point of the National Library of Romania in Bucharest, str. Biserica Amzei, no. 4-7, Sector 1, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 0.10 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 1.20 MWh (12 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications; - the consumption point of the National Library of Romania in Craiova, str. Mihail Kogălniceanu, no. 21, Dolj County, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 2.00 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 17.10 MWh (12 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications; Estimated quantities for Subsequent Contracts for a period of a minimum of 1 (one) month and a maximum of 6 (six) months - the consumption points of the National Library of Romania in Bucharest, B-dul Unirii, No. 22, Sector 3, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 475.00 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 2,250.00 MWh (6 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications; - the consumption points of the National Library of Romania in Bucharest, Batthyaneum Library Branch in Alba Iulia, str. Gabriel Bethlen, no.1, Alba County, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 1.00 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 5.40 MWh (6 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications; - the consumption point of the National Library of Romania in Bucharest, str. Biserica Amzei, no. 4-7, Sector 1, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 0.10 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 0.60 MWh (6 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications; - the consumption point of the National Library of Romania in Craiova, str. Mihail Kogălniceanu, no. 21, Dolj County, the total quantity of electricity consumed may range between: a minimum of 2.00 MWh (1 month) and a maximum of 9.20 MWh (6 months), in accordance with Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications.
