Conclusion of a framework agreement for products for a period of 48 months, for the procurement of “Supply of products necessary for completing the existing Smart Metering Systems within DEER”, comprising the following lots: Lot 1 Equipment integrable into HES Metrum Lot 2 Equipment integrable into HES ORCA Lot 3 Equipment integrable into HES Sanplat in accordance with the details in the CS, in compliance with all parameters included in the attached Technical Specifications The requested quantities are mentioned in Annex 1 to the CS The need to procure these types of products through a framework agreement is determined by the lack of knowledge of the exact quantities at the time of launching the procurement procedure, as well as by the impossibility of estimating the frequency of the need for these products. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which potential tenderers may request clarifications regarding the procurement documentation is 20. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established above.
